Subaru introduced the seven-seat off-road wagon Exiga – Crossover 7

Company Subaru introduced to the Japanese market, all-terrain seven-seat version of the wagon Exiga – Crossover 7. The model is the serial version of the eponymous concept car that made its debut two years ago at the motor show in Tokyo.
All-terrain wagon has a protective plastic covers on the bumpers, wheel arches and sills, and in the cabin – the third row of seats, which together with the second row can be folded to form a nearly flat loading area. The backs of the front seats can also recline fully, received a large double bed.

The novelty will be equipped with 2.5-liter gasoline boxer power of 173 horsepower (235 Nm), working together with the CVT and AWD system. Average fuel consumption according to the manufacturer, at such car will make about 7.6 liters per hundred kilometers.

In Japan, sales of the versatile seven-seat will start in June. Subaru hopes to sell 600 of these vehicles per month. Prices for the model start at 2.75 million yen ($ 23,000).
